We hope you've enjoyed the shout outs at the football games. Please look for us next year.

Give that special cheer to the Hayfield Senior, Hayfield team, classmates, child, etc. Your shout out(s) will be announced by the Game Announcer during the game.
 
Here is some more information:
  1. Price: $5 per Shout-Out; $10 for 3 Shout-Outs. Cash and check (made payable to Hayfield Band Boosters) will be accepted on the day of the game.
  2. Each message will be limited to 10 words (this does not include to/from names).
  3. Print each message legibly so that the Announcer can read it.
  4. Shout-Out messages must be school appropriate and positive as we have many young fans in the audience. This means no obscene or offensive language, including curse words, and no disparaging comments about the opposing team and/or their fans.
  5. We will be stationed by the Concessions, so look for our table.
  6. To save time, come prepared with your message(s) already written. You can find a copy of the "Shout-Out" form below. You can also fill out the form(s) below table on the day of the game.
This will be offered to Hayfield students, families and fans only. We reserve the right to not accept any Shout-Out(s) that violate the rules.
 
All proceeds will go to the Hayfield Band Boosters. We thank you for your support of the Hayfield Band Program!
