Band Sponsorships: We are currently seeking monetary and/or raffle donations from local businesses to maximize the funds received through student participation fees and fundraising. Your donation goes directly toward audition fees, instruments, music and copyrights, sectional coaches, maintenance of equipment, off-setting competition expenses and music department trips, and a variety of other expenses. Your tax-deductible donation will help our students achieve their musical goals. In return, sponsors are acknowledged in many ways including:
Acknowledgement in the Fall, Winter, and Spring concert digital programs and includes a direct link to your business website.
Recognition on our Social Media sites (Instagram and Facebook)
Direct link to your website from the Hayfield Band website (www.hayfieldbands.org)
SPONSORSHIP LEVEL:
Hawk $150 – full page advertisement in the Fall, Winter, and Spring concert program.
Orange $75 – half page advertisement in the Fall, Winter, and Spring concert program.
White $50 – quarter page advertisement in the Fall, Winter, and Spring concert program.
Raffle Donation – To support our Spring Basket Raffle, you can donate merchandise, gift cards, etc. - donors will be recognized on the Hayfield Band website. Please email [email protected] and we will arrange pick up.
