Schedule for Week of 11/3:

Thursday, November 6 – MH Rehearsal, 3:15-4:45pm

Friday, November 7 – HOME Football vs. Lewis HS – SENIOR NIGHT!

               4:30pm – Students report to Band Room; dinner and change into uniforms

               5:30pm – Rehearsal in lot; section pictures

               6:40pm – Move to stadium

               7:00pm – Game begins

               7:45pm – Senior parents and families meet your student on the track; line up for halftime presentation honoring seniors

               8:15pm (approx.) – Halftime; Senior Recognition and FINAL performance of The Dark Side!

               9:30pm (approx.) – Game ends; return to band room, store uniforms and equipment, dismiss

               10:00pm – Parents pick up students

Marching Hawks Portraits:

Monday, October 20 – NO SCHOOL

Tuesday, October 21 – Rehearsal; 3:15-5:15pm

Wednesday, October 22 – Rehearsal; 5:30-8:30pm - WE WILL BE IN FULL UNIFORM for pictures and a show run!

Thursday, October 23 – Rehearsal; 3:15-5:15pm

Friday, October 24 - Rehearsal; 3:15-5:15pm

Saturday, October 25 - VMBC Championships 10/25 Itinerary HERE

Sunday, October 26 - Hayfield Farms Halloween Parade

2:00pm - Report to Band Room (please use Door 9)

2:20pm - Walk to Hayfield Farms

3:00pm - Parade Begins

3:15pm - Parade ends; performance in Hayfield Farms park

3:45pm - Return to school

4:00pm - Parents pick up students

Friday, October 17 – HOMECOMING FOOTBALL vs ANNANDALE

3:15pm - Report to HS Band Room; move to parade staging area

4:00pm - HOMECOMING PARADE

4:30pm - Parade Ends; return to band room, dinner, uniforms, etc

5:45pm - Warm-Up in Lot (FE Warm up at Stadium)

6:20pm - Move to stadium

6:40pm - “THE DARK SIDE” MH 2025 Show Performance

7:00pm - Game begins

9:30pm - Approx. Game end; return to building

10:00pm - Dismissal, parents pick up students

Looking Ahead:

I will have a full VMBC Championships itinerary this week, however I would like for your to plan on an EARLY departure time. We will perform at 11:30am; this will mean an approx. 6:30am departure time from Hayfield. Again, I will let you know as soon as I have a full logistics schedule for the day.
