For the bus - Breakfast, snacks for the ride home, entertainment, water bottles

Uniform Essentials - LONG black socks, Drillmasters, 2025 Marching Hawks T-Shirt, shorts to wear under uniform

Post-Performance - Money for concessions, a change of clothes to wear into the stadium

Itinerary

6:00am - Students arrive at Hayfield; get instruments/uniforms/equipment and load buses

6:30am - Buses depart

9:30am - Arrive, Liberty University Williams Stadium

10:10am - Visual Warm Up in lot

10:35am - Warm Up

11:30am - PERFORMANCE; “The Dark Side”

Following our performance, we will return to the buses and eat lunch (TBD), then return to the stadium to watch the remainder of the performances.

3:45pm - Exhibition; Liberty University Marching Band

4:15pm - Awards

Following awards, we will move to the buses to depart. We will not stop for dinner.

5:00pm - Depart Liberty University

8:00pm - Arrive, Hayfield Secondary School; unload equipment, clean areas

8:20pm - Dismiss, parents pick up students
