The Hayfield Secondary School Band Boosters would appreciate support for our Band Program!

Our mission is to ensure all students have access to an enriching musical education and performance opportunities beyond what the school’s budget can supply. We do this primarily through donations from individuals, businesses, and community organizations.  Your donation goes directly toward scholarships for performance opportunities, instruments, repairs, and competition expenses. Your tax-deductible donation will help our students achieve their musical goals!

How You Can Help

• Individual/Family Patronage

• Corporate/Organization Sponsorships

• Burke Commission & Scholarship

INDIVIDUALS/FAMILIES (Patrons): In general, donations to support Hayfield bands made by individuals are done via patronage. If you would like to become a HAYFIELD BAND PATRON, click here for more information!

ORGANIZATIONS/BUSINESSES (Sponsors):
Sponsors are acknowledged in many ways including:

• Acknowledgement in the Fall, Winter, and Spring concert programs. Programs are both printed and web-based and can include a direct link to your business website.

• Recognition on our Social Media sites (Instagram and Facebook)

• Contact information links on the Hayfield Bands website

 $50 – quarter page advertisement in the Fall, Winter, and Spring concert program.
 $100 – half page advertisement in the Fall, Winter, and Spring concert program.
 $200 – full page advertisement in the Fall, Winter, and Spring concert program.
