Monday, October 6 – Sectionals; 3:00-5:00pm
Tuesday, October 7 – Rehearsal; 3:15-5:15pm
Wednesday, October 8 – Rehearsal; 5:30-8:30pm
Thursday, October 9 – Rehearsal; 3:15-5:15pm
Friday, October 10 – Rehearsal; 3:15-5:15pm
Saturday, October 11 – Competition #3 at Dominion HS – Itinerary HERE

Hello parents of Seniors! We are looking forward to celebrating all the seniors in the Hayfield Marching Band on November 7th! Make sure to mark this special last game on your calendars, and to pay the fee for the evening, just click here!
Looking Ahead:
I will have a full VMBC Championships itinerary this week, however I would like for your to plan on an EARLY departure time. We will perform at 11:30am; this will mean an approx. 6:30am departure time from Hayfield. Again, I will let you know as soon as I have a full logistics schedule for the day.

This Week (9/22)
Congratulations to our Marching Hawks! 2nd place overall in group 4A, winning best visual and best color guard. I am looking forward to another outing this weekend to Herndon HS. Please see below for all details regarding our upcoming performances.

Monday, September 22 – Sectionals
Tuesday, September 23 – NO SCHOOL; no MH Rehearsals
Wednesday, September 24 – Rehearsal; 5:30-8:30pm
Thursday, September 25 – Rehearsal; 3:15-5:15pm
Friday, September 26 – AWAY Football vs. Edison
5:00pm – Report to Hayfield; run stand tunes in band room
5:45pm – Load buses, depart for Edison HS
6:15pm – Arrive at Edison HS
7:00pm – Game start
9:30pm – Approximate game end; load buses, return to Hayfield
10:00pm – Arrive, unload, dismiss

Looking Ahead…
The Symphonic Band and Wind Ensemble will be presenting their Fall Concert with the South County bands here at Hayfield next Tuesday, September 30. There will be no Marching Hawks rehearsal next Tuesday. We invite everyone to come hear the bands and enjoy the concert next Tuesday, 7:00pm!
